We are so happy that we got a cement mixer. It took less than half the time to do the second side.

cement mixer
Mixing cement by hand is overrated. Today we rented an electric mixer and will finish the other half of the cement work by lunch. Yesterday it took most of the day to do the other half. We had three Canadian families working on the cement the last few days. There is a couple serving on the base for the winter from Ontario, Mike,Jamie,Tanner and Johanna, and our family. We thought it was pretty cool to represent our country so well.

... I can't believe Dean didn't get that whole batch of cement mixed the first day (j/k)!! Better to save your energy for other stuff.
